The Operator Doctrine
Intelligence means converting information into better decisions through disciplined experiments. It is a practice, not a passive product.
Mission objective
Identify your underused abilities, the problems they could solve, and the people who might pay. Rank those possibilities against your resources. Build an offer small enough to test without staking your future on an assumption.
The seven-stage operating cycle
Decode your capabilities. Discover markets. Evaluate feasibility. Build a narrow offer. Validate through buyer evidence. Systemise repeatable work. Evolve using results.
How your knowledge compounds
Initial capability map and income hypotheses.
Real conversations, objections and market clues.
A more grounded comparison of offers, buyer segments and time costs.
A dated intelligence record that informs the next experiment.
Observe, orient, decide, act
After each test, record what was proposed, who was approached, what happened, and what you will do differently. This habit develops commercial judgment; the starter software itself does not autonomously learn from internet sources or generate customers.
