Respect for data begins with knowing what is collected, who holds it and why it is necessary.

Sales and payment information

We may receive an email address, correspondence, order ID, payment hash, invoiced amount, settlement status and product delivery activity. Hosting infrastructure may process technical logs and IP addresses. We do not need wallet recovery phrases or private keys.

Purposes and bases

Transaction information supports contractual fulfilment; bookkeeping can be required by law; security records are processed for legitimate operational interests. The current site does not intentionally install marketing trackers. Any future optional marketing must use an appropriate legal basis.

Recipients and infrastructure

Vercel hosts pages and checkout functions; Supabase is intended to hold private orders; Alby and Lightning wallet providers process relevant payment activity. Their terms and privacy practices apply; data may be processed internationally under appropriate safeguards.

Customer-owned installations

You operate the application in your own accounts. You decide what data to enter and are responsible for data-protection obligations if you store details about customers or other individuals. We do not automatically inspect each customer database.

Retention and individual rights

Relevant UK accounting records can require retention for up to six years; other correspondence should be removed when no longer necessary. Subject to law you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. Contact the above address; complaints may be lodged with the ICO.
